Planungs- und Monitoringsysteme zu Klimaschutz und -anpassung für Regionen und Kommunen
Das Teilprojekt CLIPART wird als Ergebnis Anleitungen und Instrumente zusammenstellen, die regionale und kommunale Entscheidungsträger bei der konsistenten und kontinuierlichen Planung und Umsetzung ihrer Klimapolitik unterstützen. Angesichts der Aktualität und Dringlichkeit der Klimafrage stehen die Etablierung regionaler bzw. kommunaler Treibhausgas-Budgets sowie Klimaanpassungspläne im Blickpunkt des Projekts.
Die Projektpartner tauschen hierzu ihre Erfahrungen aus, um eine prakti-kable Herangehensweise zu erarbeiten. Diese soll auf andere europäische Regionen und Gemeinden übertragbar sein.
Climatic Planning and Reviewing Tools for regions and local authorities
Clipart provides procedures and tools for regional and local authorities to help them plan and review activities in all sectors, in prospect of consistent and continuous efforts to reach the greenhouse gas reduction objectives set by the European Parliament and international climate change conventions.
The Clipart method addresses mitigation and adaptation to climate change at a regional and local level, applicable within all sub-project partner regions. Finally the methodology will be implemented as a detailed simulation including an updated carbon emission budget and a balance sheet, setting overall and specific sector greenhouse gas emission targets in at least one region.
